Starting from pulling orders from a transmission distribution warehouse I started to learn business. I would start to understand positions by getting in one on one relationships with the person working the positions I wanted to learn. I would always be eager to learn more in which became the start of me trying to learn everything.

From there I moved to a bigger company called Piping Technology in which the same process occurred. I went from pulling orders to running manual machines, assembling pipe shoes, and learning to weld. Piping Technology helped me to understand business in a bigger prospective in which I didn't understand then but now I understand.

On to my next venture, I went on to a company called Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers. This is where I would be released to find where I would be. I thrived off of learning more with bigger challenges and this company helped me find the start of what I was looking for. I started in assembling heat exchangers in which became a time that the company and I started to look for a place for which I would fit. I went from assembling, to welding, to maintenance, until then one day the lead of the cnc machines came to me and asked if I would like to run those machines.

Of course, it seemed to be challenging so that would be right up my alley. Those machines then would begin to consume me, I would learn so much in the matter of day by day and so much to the fact that I would start to dream about it. Pushing buttons and setting up parts in my sleep.

Before the time of me leaving the current position my trainer told me to stick with this it would pay off in the end. So I would go then from company to company learning more and more through job shops and production shops from running machines to as far as management and ownership. See in some eyes they seen this as not sticking with one job for a long period of time but what actually happened is I've learned so much from each company so many different machines and controls to where you can put me just about anywhere and I would be able to do just about anything.

Just before the end of this process, I worked with this company in which released me in these machines to where I had to do everything to get the job done on my own. But that company burned me out of machining so i desperately started to look for something to take it's place which then became the start of me and one of my best friends coming up with a detailing business. We went on with that for a while and ended up departing from one another off to find our own ventures. Now detailing and soon add on pressure washing started to consume me and fill the growth i needed and thrived for. After a while I ran into obstacles in which i would have to constantly overcome, not realizing that this detailing business is not really what I'm trying to build in a sense but is truly trying to build me. In later using what I've learned all these years to help in a much bigger way. So I later went back to machining in which I thought I didn't have the knowledge for but when I started everything started coming back quickly and I was turning heads even quicker. I then began to understand that I may have something in me to be able to change someones life so here I am sending out my hand and looking for companies and people I can help with what i have in which soon to build my own cnc shop and school.      to be continued........
